Avi Or Mpeg to Xivd/Divx

Hi Guys,

I the same two minute clip in both avi and mpeg formats, and I wanted to covert the clip into either Xvid or Divx formarts.

I have never done anything Xvid or Divx related before so I was hoping somebody would be able to help.

The spec should be

320X240 Resolution
MP3 Audio
25 fps

Is there a free (dosent have to be aslong as it does the trick), reliabale tool that you guys would be able to recommened which would the above.

For that short of clip, maybe the Xvid codec and VirtualDub or VirtualDub Mod. Look to the bottom of the VD toolpage for guides.
