    How do I convert from .avi to vcd without increasing the size? I have a 588 mb avi and want a vcd below 750. Everytime I try I get a .mpeg above 1100 mb's.

    Hey thnx, I was forgetting to set it to Non standard VCD. Since it was set to standard it always encoded the file with 1150 bitrate.
