ive tryed for hours to install the codec on cbs site and i cant get it to work is there any other util that can rencode svcds the instrutions state this is what i have to do but i cant make head nor tale of this.

How to install:
1. put m2v.vfp and m2vconf.exe into the same folder.
2. execute m2vconf.exe
3. select options
4. push OK button.

when i execute what options do i change? in the vafpi section it just says file cant be loaded.
