Whats the best way to convert NTSC VHS to PAL VHS?
I have tried to capture some videos using Pinnacle Studio 8. The Video Recorder is PAL, the tapes are NTSC, I set the source in Studio 8 to NTSC, but it results in the colour being Black and White.
I have a spare TV with a VCR built in, would it be possible for me to connect that to my existing VCR via a SCART socket and then convert them that way?
So that the NTSC Video being played in the Video is Recorded as PAL on the Video built into the TV.
Thanks in advance.

I think you'll need to invest in an in-line converter OR a converting VCR. Aiwa makes an EXELLENT converting VCR.
