  1. I used SVCD2DVD on 2 movies that were in bin/cue form. I named the files svcdcd1, svcdcd2 and so on for the 5 bin files. It went thru hours of conversion and I was left with an mpv and mpa file for each bin. I thought all these hours would give me a finished product, but do i need to do more so that i can put these 2 SVCDs on a DVD?

Drop your mpeg video and mpeg audio into an authoring program and burn them to disk. Green "Author" link over there <-<-<-.

  3. What program do you suggest? I thought SVCD2DVD did everything in 1 program?

Not quite. Are you following a guide? Here's one. Skip down to the end part.
