I'm satisfied with my capabilities in editing these streams without re-encoding, but I've still got a problem: these edits are just piling up since I can't get them to burn to a DVD.
I've tried NeroVision, but get: error 255, which it doesn't explain, but I suspect it's for a host of incompatible characteistics: 540x480 on the stream, but 720X5?? expected for DVD authoring; GOP size; ... and more that I can't remember from researching this months ago....
Is there a way to do this without re-encoding to "correct" the streams to have them display through any NTSC DVD player?
