  1. Is there a way to just run the motion menu once and stop it on the last frame picture , or I'm stuck with that continuous loop till the specified cutoff time?
    Also, using TMPGEnc ,which is the recommended custom size for a NTSC movie to avoid my TV overscan which cuts all 4 edges of my DVD video.
    Reducing original NTSC 720x480 resolution in about 10%(648x432) would be enough? or is it too much?

  2. I'm not sure how you're going to avoid OVERSCAN.

    OVERSCAN is associated with NTSC television monitors.
