  1. I have a cap that was produced with my wintv-pvr at 12 Mbit/sec, full D1. I would like to reencode to SVCD. However, when I attempt to load it into TMPGEnc,a window titled "m2v_dec" pops up and an "Error during decode" message flashes. I have to endtask and kill the process (I'm running win2k). Anyone have any ideas? Only happens with MPEG2's from wintvpvr...

  2. Download the codec from the Hauppage site, then you can open the MPEG-2's

And always, you can use a frameserver!

  4. Thanks for the replies. I didn't know about the Hauppauge codec...I'll have to check it out. I've tested DVD2AVI, works great!
