VOB to MPG?

I have done a little DVD ripping and resizing using DVD Decrypter, Rempeg and IFO Edit.

Using these three I can only get a resized MPG from the VOB files, and I cannot get audio - either in the MPG or Demuxed.

What tools Can I use generate MPG with audio from VOB files, and how do I do it?

If necessasry I will even take Demuxed Audio and Video

dvd decrypter and ifoedit can demux both audio and video from vob files.
check the guides.
