  1. I Have Spent Countless Hours Capturing 2 - 5 Min Video Files. The Video Brightness Was Set While Viewing Them On My TV Via A PC TO TV Converter. The Brightness On The TV Wac Cranked Up Giving The Illusion Of The Video File Brightness Being OK.The End Result Is A Great Deal Of Files Which Are Not At There Proper Brightness. Is There Any Way To Batch Convert The Brightness Of These Files? If So What Tool Should I Use?

You can use Virtualdub, and use the batch processing mode

Load your clip, go to VIDEO, FULL PROC MODE, set your appropriate codec and bitrate under COMPRESSION, then add the FILTER of BRIGHTNESS/CONTRAST and adjust it.

Go to FILE, SAVE AS AVI, and check the box at the bottom to add to JobControl.

Do the same for all, then go to FILE - JOB CONTROL - START

  3. Hey Spidey
Hope To Find My Time In Video Heaven But The Road Is Still Narrow & Rocky. The Tool Virtual Dub Works On MPEG 1 Video Files But When I Try Them On The Format I Use 99% Of The Time (MPEG 2 - DVD Quality) I Get A Message That Says "No Video Frames Found In MPEG File" Does This Mean Virtual Dub Will Only Work On MPEG 1 Files, Am I Doing Something Wrong Within The Program Maybe? Is There A Tool Out There That Will Work On MPEG 2 Files? FYI:I'm Using Dazzle DVD Creation Station 200 With Software Called Movie Star 5
