Tool for adjustment synchronization of video , audio and subtitle on AVCHD.

I would like to know about tools for adjustment synchronization of video , audio and subtitle on AVCHD format. Because my feeling , it hard to adjust for these issues and take long time. Please suggest me tools which easy to use and able to preview
it before output. Thank you so much in advance.
Note : Right now, I am working with multiAVCHD and tsmuxer.

You can add (or subtract) a delay to the audio with TSMuxerGUI. Haven't tried with a subtitle stream. As it is just a muxing exercise it should only take a couple of minutes. Of course, this assumes a constant delay, and not something that requires frame rate changes or stretching.

For my issue is audio appear before video about 1 s. with watching TV, then we should set at what value on delay time of tsmuxerGUI .
Value of delay time is zero for audio track now. Thank you so much again.

Does it also play out of sync on your PC ?

Also play it on PC, still sync out . Right now, I can already adjust it within synchronization with 1000ms for delay time on tsmuxer GUI.
