Hi,
I have a UK Panasonic DMR E100 DVD Recorder, and I want to transfer my NTSC tape collection to dvd. However the dvd recorder does not like PAL60. Are there any pure pal converters available?
Thanks for any help

Does your VCR by any chance allow just plain NTSC passthrough ? You know.... Play NTSC cassette and on the output have normal NTSC signal. Maybe I am way out.... It was just a thought.

My VCR only sends a PAL60 signal and the DMR E100 DVD Recorder only receives true NTSC. I need something that converts PAL60 into true NTSC so that the recorder can understand the signal.

Maybe you should look arround if anybody have better VCR. One of my family members in EU have Sony VCR with small switch on it. With that switch he can change if NTSC tape is output as NTSC or PAL60.
