  1. Can anyone tell if it is possible to convert a file into an MPEG without having the cue file?

And if so how do I do this?

    Thanks!!

    step1: download vcdeasy (prefer 1.1.4)

step2: go to the "TOOLS" section

    step3: select VCDxRIP

step4: open *bin file ( you dont need the cue file)

    step5: press "rip"

step6: you will now have the mpegs ( avseq01.mpg = movie item0001=menus(if any)

  3. download svcd2dvdmpg the free version will do.
Run it and click >program stream"
    Click "do not resample audio"
this will cause no loss of quality in your video, and is a nice and quickn dirty way to do it.
then before you delete the source file, make sure the audio is still in sync.

  4. I have downloaded both vcdeasy and svcd2dvdmpg but the problem is I can't import the bin into those programs. The bin file is in a packed file but I cannot even unpack it unless the cue is in there with it. Any suggestions for the completely clusless?

His way works, you dont need the cue file, just browse for the bin file and open that and extract to mpg.

  6. Everytime I try to extract the bin file without the cue this error appears:

"You need to have the following volume to continue extraction:

    F:\Documents and Settings\Drew\Desktop\Movies\Underworld.2003.WS.SV CD.DVDRip-EOSVCD\CD1\eos-uw1.r31

Insert a disk with this volume and press OK to try again"

    ???????
