  1. Here is what I am doing. I have a Terrapin CD video Recorder where I burn to CD a VCD dat file. I then take that file into VCD gear and convert it to a MPEG file.

    Now the problem I have on my freinds computer not mine (im actually able to do this without a problem) is that when I go to edit the mpeg file in Ifilm edit there is a error message. I had him download the most current version of windows media player and direct x and still no luck. He is on windows 98 operating system. Any suggestions would be great

  2. you want to change it back to mpeg use tmpg go to edit and Muliplex

  3. Ifilm edit is a real buggy editor i just today used my filx and it worked great, but i got an mpeg output not vcd, but i'm pretty sure it a setting i didn't change

    What do you mean change back to mpeg and use TMPG and what is muliplex

    You did not mention, what is the exact problem. What are you trying to do? Which error message have you got?
