Tmpgenc error

I always used tmpgenc for encoding a mpeg2 from a bitrate to another or for audio compatibility,but since 3 days it's not opening any mpeg2 file whatever I do it will say: "can not open or unsupported"
I have a mpeg2 codec installed and all other players can load mpeg2(only wmm 2 see them as audio only),what's the solution?

did you try change the directshow prirority?

did you try reinstall the mpeg2 codec?
