You can't really. Beleive me, you're better off converting both avi's to mpeg, joining those, then converting back to avi if you must.
-
So as MPEGs the could be tied together 'cause I have a movie that is just likle that.
Thanks?
(sorry for the hi-jack) -
As long as the mpegs have the same encoding properties they should join just fine. Just make sure you use the exact settings for both mpegs you create. If the avi's aren't the greatest quality, convert them to VCD mpegs.
-
That's usually a good idea but not always necessary. Better safe than sorry though, right?
-
yeah thats true...
all 441000?
do u know if i can make a svcd with menus with the mpeg files im converting? or do they all have 2 b joined 2 1 file'? -
If you're making an SVCD, then 44100hz is the only way to go. You can create SVCD menus, yes. Not much point if you join the two files though. You can create some decent menus with Nero. You can also use VCDEasy if you have the commercial version. The shareware version only lets you create a maximum of 400mb per disc.

Absolutely. Give Nero a shot. One thing you should know is that not all DVD players allow you to use SVCD menus. You won't know if yours does unless you try though.
