  1. The movie is Memento. I think it's a DVD-5 movie(Size: 4,6xx,xxx,xxx bytes). But anyways, it works fine on a standalone DVD player but fails to run on my PC DVD player. I wanted to make a backup of it but I can't either...it's giving me a massive amount of sector errors and ID CRC errors all over the place in DVD Decrypter. This is the first movie I have found to be very annoying. I'm stumped as to why it doesn't even want to play on PowerDVD.
    Help appreciated

    how bad is it scratched?
If at first you don't succeed; call it version 1.0

Zero scrathes. The movie is in prestine condition. I have cleaned it anyway with a damp soft cloth. Like I said, it works great on the standalone DVD player which is 5-6 years old now. I'm sure a state of the art DVD burner would be able to read any DVD over some old geezer (although a rock solid Sony) of a standalone DVD player. I'm stumped.

Try ripping to your HD with smartripper.
    If in doubt, Google it.

  5. Did the disk ever play in your burner or did it stop just recently.
    If it's wet, drink it
