This is what I want:
- 1 DVD with 2 movies on it (encoded from .AVI's)
- There have to be selectable subs for both movies
- Menu's: Chapters, Motion Menu's, Backgroundmusic for these menu's
- I have to use DVDLab for creating those menu's (it has a lot of options, and much better compared to DVDMaestro).

The problem is DVDLab doesn't support subs.
I have to find a way to make the VOBs with the menu's in DVDLab and then add the subs in another Authoring program.

This is what I did
-I created the DVD with DVDLab. It gave me 1 IFO file along with 5 VOBs. Here's the catch; VTS_01_3 contained both the end of the first movie and the start of the 2nd one.
-I burned it and then decrypted and demuxed it with DVDdecrypter. DVDdecrypter saw 2 streams on my disc (2 movies) and so I had 2 folders with 1 movie in each. Note the problem with the original VTS_01_3
-I then added the demuxed files to DVDMaestro along with the subs, and compiled the DVD.
It gave me 2 IFO files along with their VOBs (1 for each movie). I still had to add those menu's I created with DVDLab...
-I changed the names of the VOBs in the 2nd folder and placed them in the first folder making it look it was 1 continuous VOB serie belonging to 1 IFO. I then copied these over the original VOBs (the one's created with DVDLab). Now I had the 2 movies with subs and the menu's in 1 folder. But I still had to update the IFO...
-I used IfoUpdate to update the original IFO file with the first IFO file created with DVDMaestro, then I updated it with the 2nd IFO file.

Result
- I could only see the English subs on my standalone, not the Dutch (I could select it in the subtitle menu, but I couldn't see them)
- The chapters didn't work. When I clicked on a chapter, it didn't took me there, instead I saw the same chapter screen, but now it was frozen; I couldn't select anything. When hitting the back button once on my remote control, the screen became active again.

Does somebody know how to solve this?

btw What if I created the 2 movies with selectable subs in DVDMaestro first. Then import them to DVDLab. Would this be possible; considering subs are stored on the VOBs.
