I have a Sony Digital8 Camcorder (TVR130). I've been trying to connect this thing to my PC via Firewire for about a month now. I cannot get the durn thing to work. I have a 700mhz Dell with 128 SDRAM. I have tried Ulead VideoStudio Basic SE and Windows Media Encoder. Neither will recognize the Camcorder. I have tried both the Microsoft and Texas Instrument driver. All software is up to date and all drivers are up to date. I am going nuts here. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks in advance...
