  1. I HAVE A PIXELVIEW HDTV CAPTURE CARD AND IM GETTING VERY BLOCKY AVI FILES, IS THERE ANY GOOD CAPTURE FREEWARE OUT THERE. I WANT TO PUT MY HOME VIDEOS ON TO DVD. IM USING TMPGEnc TO ENCODE AND NERO 5.5 TO RECORD.

    IM NEW TO THIS SO DONT GET TO TECHY FOR ME OR YOU WILL LOSE ME OFF................MANY THANKS

  2. virtual dub is free. Im not sure what your system specs are though....

    there is a cool capture section at the left.

  4. Try DVIO. It is a tiny little program and it never drops frames, unless the source is really bad. This is all I ever use.
