I've always used Nero Express to burn my DVD backups, but now with the addtion of my new 8x burner the Nero Express (with current updates) does not recognize the new drive.

Tha means I have to figure out how to do it with Sonic-DVD (that came with new drive). The version of Sonic-DVD is 4.5. When I tried o get it to accept the .ifo files it complained that some files could not be located and that Sonic did not support this source for DVD.

I'm confused. I must be doing it wrong. Can anybody point me to the right options inSonic to get this done???

Nero was made for dummies like me. Sonic must at least require a few more brain cells than I can muster.
