Problem at end of movies

I am having trouble at the end of the dvd's that I make is this common. I use clonedvd to make them

Try setting your complete file size to be a little under the 4.38GB limit. Your problem could possibly be that you are using the entire capicity of the disc and that is why you are getting playback issues at the end of the movie. What DVDR's are you using?

If you are using media of lower quality then you might experience some issues if you burn near the limit. I have been using Ritek G04 burned on a Pioneer A05 by DVD Decrypter and Nero 6 with no problems burned near the limit of the DVD.

I use Clone dvd and have no probs, but i have some good quality Ritek discs. Not cheap crapola ones.

You seem to have identified your problem (most likely)

memorex are bad quality as a general rule. get some tdk, ritek, or taiyo yuden discs. prolbems will fade away.
