  1. I am the second worst kind of newbie out there at video/DVD stuff: the one with no clue. (The worst kind of newbie is the loud, confident one who knows just enough to be a pain =^.^=). I have a seemingly simple goal: burn an .ogm file to a DVD=R so it can be played as a retail DVD would, with all the features .ogm offers still intact. However, there does not seem to be a single tutorial or post on this topic (that I can decipher, anyways. there is one here that could help me if I understood how to use the tools in it. Does anyone know how to do this, and can explain it to a complete n00b? Is it even possible? I really have no clue where to start on this...
    Thank you for you help.

what features in .ogm you want to keep in your dvd ?

basicly its a straight forward conversion (encoding, authoring, burning) otherwise ...

  3. I want to keep subtitles and multiple audio. If that's too complex of a procedure, I can live without, but I still need to get these on DVD. Is there an easy way?

  4. Oh, nevermind. I found a great tutorial right here that I can adapt to my purposes. Thanx anyways!
For anyone interested in turning ogm files into a functional DVD, check out this tutorial and just put the product on a DVD instead of an SVCD. It's really easy to follow the directions, too!
