I cant finaliza my dvd-r with nero 6 only dvd-rw?

Im having trouble finalizing my dvd-r with nero 6 im using dvd decrypter to copy the dvd to the hdd and dvd shrink to compress it but when i burn the files with nero at the end when it is finalizing the disc i get an error it also happen to me when burning with instant copy , the extrange thing is that when i try burning the same files to a dvd rw i get no error messages and the dvd can be played in most players

one thing to look at:

if you're burning to near-full disk capacity and using an inexpensive brand of dvd-r, you might try a disk or two of a good quality media.

some of the "cheap" brands have been known to have that problem. Consult the DVD Media section over on the l/h side of this page for more info.
