It had been taking roughly 1 1/2 hours for me to rip and encode with CLoneDVD until someone here in the forum pointed me towards DMA/PIO.
I just want to thank you for your help. I changed my 16X DVD reader
from the Primary Slave to the Secondary Slave so that it's on the same
cable as my DVD Writer. They both share DMA2. I tried a movie that had
previously taken 98 minutes to rip and encode and it now takes 33 minutes so thanks again!
