what does it mean when I launch smart ripper and I get a message that says no ASPI Adapter. And If it stops in the middle of a rip and ask for a retry on a certain file what should I do?

well I down loaded dvd decrypter, and it seems to be working much better. I also just downloaded some ASPI drivers so I should be good thanks a lot.

DVDDecryptor can operate via 4 distinct layers. Only 1 of which is the ASPI layer. However, maximum ripping speed is usually via ASPI.
