ATI AIW 128 Pro to SVCD

I see the instructions for capturing in VCD format using this card but what do I need to change the settings to so that I can capture to SVCD format?

search these forums, we've written a lot about this already. SVCD is really the way to go with the AIW 128s, it looks far better than VCD, especially in terms of quality in relation to what you get through AVI-MPEG encodes.
