  1. Hi. I'm trying to copy an apparent non-protected dvd music video that is less then 4.7G using Nero 6. I can rip the video to the hard drive without using any special software and the data size in the TS_video folder is exactly the same size as the one in DVD. However when I use Nero 6 and pick DVD(ISO) and drag the files I get the following error "You have added DVD video content to a compilation type that will not result in a DVD-compliant disc. To create discs playable in a standalone DVD-video players, please use the DVD-video compilation type." I continue anyhow and sure enough the end result will not be recognized in a table top DVD player. I don't understand. If the video is non DVD compliant, how could it play in the first place. Any ideas?

  2. instead of using dvd(iso), select dvd-video. It says in the error message to use dvd-video instead of dvd(iso).

  3. Strange. I tried the that exact same thing, create DVD video before and the Burn Compilation button was grayed out. Now I just tried it again, choosing the create DVD video and now it is working. I wonder what the difference is between just dragging the TS_Video and TS_Audio folders over as in DVD ISO or letting Nero create the folders in choosing DVD Video and just dragging the files. Maybe the way the disc is formatted? Out of five videos, three worked fine with no errors using DVD ISO and two gave the error message stated in original post.

  4. Did you try to copy your music dvd directly to a blank media using "Copy Disc" option in Nero?

  5. just use dvd decrypter in iso/read mode to make an iso & then in iso/write mode to burn the disc.

    perfect 1:1 copy

    & dvd decrypter is free
