  1. I have this 790mb AVI file that i tried to burn to a DVD usiing Nerovision Express 2 but when it adds it it says that its too big to fit on the DVD and it cant compress it to fit it on there. what can i do to get it to fit on the DVD?

    I think Rick's telling you to try converting your avi with something else. Try TMPGEnc, it'll give much better quality than nero and when it's finished you can use nero for burning (only).

  5. I use tmpgenc mpeg encoder and dvd author for mine..i had a/v sync problems so I extracted the audio with virtual dub first and used that as the audio.That should work out for you.Hope it helps..

  6. i followed one of the guides on here and got a .m2v file for video and a .ac3 file for audio. what should i do with them now? what program should i use to put them together and get it onto a dvd? thanks

    Now you have run those files through an authoring program.
