Nero reconverts the mpeg to dvd compliant files and it can then increase. Can you post the video properties of the mpg files(or aren't those avi files)? Video resolution/frame size, video codec, audio codec, frame rate, runtime. You can use latest gspot or mediainfo to identify the mpg file properties.

Or convert to dvd something else where like ConvertXtoDVD, Tmpgenc DVD Author 3.

Burn as Data disc and not video, Nero won't then reconvert.

Are you lokking to just copy the files to a dvd or transcode them to dvd video format? These video file are to large to try an add 5 of them to convert to video dvd on one disk. The only way i think it would work is that you lower the quality of the end result and you don't want to do that. Are you trying to make a disk that plays in a home dvd player? Convertxtodvd would work but the end results will still be very low quality video with 5 videos that size. And by the size of the files they are probably avi files.

If your player won't play them as-is then you have to convert them to something DVD compliant. If NeroVision won't make them fit you have three options.

    1. Use something better that will make them fit. ConvertXtoDVD will squeeze up to four hours on a disc

    2. Put less on the disc

    3. Buy a new player that will play .mpeg and .avi files.
