    Hi,

I hope I have the right forum. I use DVD shrink to rip my dvd files and wanted to use DVD Decriptor to do the burning. I am using a Plextor 708a and had previously used a trial copy of Nero with good success.

When using DVD Decriptor I cannot seem to load the already ripped "Video_TS" file to be burned. It askes near the top of the window TO "Please select a file". I click on it and fild the "Video_TS" file but don't seem to be able to open or load it to be burned.

Is there a help file for this program as I have not been able to locate one.

    Thanks for any help

DVDDecryptor can't burn that way. It can only burn ISO's. You need IMG tools (classic) to make an ISO file first.

  3. OK wait a sec, are you guys serious, or are you just not using the correct terminology?

As far as I know, DVD Decrypter does not burn. At all. It only decrypts the dvds and takes off the copy protection and/or makes it region free. You need nero or another burning program to actually write the files to dvd.

  5. True, but IMGTool does the burning, not DVD Decrypter.

  6. IMGTool can do the burning but it can also just make an ISO and you can burn the ISO in Decryptor. Mode Menu>ISO>Write

DVDDecrypter DOES burn in ISO mode. It also burns images created in IFOEdit with the same ISO Write application.
