Problem with TV out

Hello,
I have graphic card Gforce mx400 with TV out.
When I enable TV out. I have picture on my TV, but the picture is
not very good, its not full screen and is not very clear.(like I have on
MATROX G 450 dual head in my father PC).
I want to know is this normaly or I dont have some extra software
to watch movie on TV from PC.

And I have another problem with MATROX.
When I start watching movie the picture is perfect but I dont have
subtitle on TV and on monitor it is.
The moovie is Xvid and subtitle is srt.
I try with Bsplayer and Win. media player and it is the same problem.
Maybe I must start some software or some another player.

Please Help!!!!!!

This is normal. TV's are designed more for motion rather than still.
