I'm looking for a program that can generate SUP subtitle streams for IFOEdit. I -was- trying to use SRT2SUP, but that program has a limitation of generating only 720x480 NTSC and another setting for PAL. The DVD I am subtiteling is 352x480 (With an average bit rate of only 2.9mbit) 720x480 subtitles over a 352x480 video seem to COMPLETLY freak both PowerDVD and WinDVD out. While the subtitles DO play, they play completly garbled.
Are there any OTHER programs that work with SUP?

Bizarre... The DVD Programs garble the subtitles, but my console player displays them correctly... BUT it starts dropping subs after 50 seconds of play, and the DVD controls proceed to go to hell. -.-;
