HELP ME GUYS PLEASE! sefys template?

Need help i just downloaded a film and i want convert it in mpeg so i can burn it to vcd. it is a 80 min/700mb vcd. The film is 687mb 83 min long.here are the details=

512X384
23.976fps
CBR 1150
LAYER -2 48000 hz 192 KPS

i have sefys templates is it possible to put the whole film on one disc what template should i use, details etc etc.
i did encode it using ntscfilm template and when i went to burn it for vcd using nero the file was too big so i cut it in half to burn to a vcd and nero says there is an error not the right basicly saying i have chose the wrong template

v.m.a.n, if the movie's total length is just 83min, you shouldn't have any problem even using a regular VCD NTSCfilm Template, just reduce the Audio from 192k to 128k, and you will have the entire movie on a single CD, no need to even use my Templates for it.
