    Hello. I have an avi file with selectable subtitles and i want to demux it from the avi but cannot find a program that will do it. Virtual dub does not detect the subtitle stream. When i go into streams only an audio is there (in vdub). Is there any program that can demux it for me?

    Just get the Virtual Dub Mod. It able to Demaux parts of a .AVI.
    I have

    VirtualDub Mod
    VirtualDub1.3c with ASF support
    VirtualDub1.3b with Mpeg and vob support
    VirtualDub1.5
    NanDub
    and NanDub with Full Codec Control

    In VDubMod go to streams menu, then stream list. Highlight the subtitle stream you want and hit the demux button on the right.

    i already said that the subtitle stream didnt show up in the vdub mod stream list, thanks anyways though
