hi just backed up paris by night dvd (viet music video dvd) but when i playback the picture is somewhat blury and there are noticeable artifacts when there is a lot of movement on the screen. how do i fix this.

the paris by night dvd are dvd-9; i rip using dvd decrypter then use dvd2one to resize to 4.4 gigs and then burn using nero. i have tried just ripping the video and one audio channel no menus but the quality is the same no matter what i do. any suggestions? thanks.
