Adding more then 1 Audio track to a DVD

I was whating todo a DVD copy of my Laserdisc I have of The Day The Earth Stool Still it has a audio
comnatary....is there software out there to do this...to do one with 2 audio tracks ???
like the moive audio and the commantry on another like normal DVDs....

Also what is good DVD creating software... to cut and paste video and to make menu s on DVDs i got a Star Wars dvd from a buddy the meny has aim on it and muisc...

I was reading about software called Movie Mask that allows you to add your own commentary track. Would be great to add a track where you rip a film to shreds instead of hearing all the kind comments the director gives himself on his product. Would be great to add a laugh track or funny commentary track to porno films...
