I have Forty Two VXplus and when I do the auto disc feature, I get an output file 100-200mb less than 700mb and small resolution. How can I make it to have the best bitrate and resolution and fill up a 700mb CD totally. Thanks.

use another bit rate calulator (such as one in ffmpegx)
or just do trial and error until you reach the best for 1 cd using manual typed in rate in fortytwo
if you do that try setting up a ratio of what you started with and got using forty to to what you would like to get and use that solved value for your new bitrate.
