i need help urgent on sony dvdrw.

i recently bought a sony dvdrw dru-510a. i wanna burn the .cue and .bin file to cdr and dvdr. but i cant.
nero cant detect my dvdrw.
so how and what should i do.
pls help.
i am desperately in need of help.

I had a bad time with a the same burner and was back and forwards to Sony support. This is a sensitive burner (I think they all are).
The media is the key. Use TDK -r or RW. Shintaro or Princo (same as shintaro) I am sure there are others that work but I stick to these.

also make sure you have the latest firmware on you burner (I believe they are up to "d". Hope all this helps. Merry Xmas.

since i can no longer use nero. and the file is .cue and .bin.
anyway to make the write to burn to the software i wan?

Upgrade to a newer version of nero to recognize your burner.
