Need Verizon Wireless help....

I want to put new wallpapers onto my Cell Phone. I do not have Verizons internet for my phone. 1. Because i am limited to airtime on my plan and 2. I dont want to pay the monthly charge for internet connection... So what I did was get their Mobile Office Kit which included a USB cable to hook up to my PC. Unfortunatly I called Verizon only to have now found out that Verizon does not have software to simply transfer data from a PC to the cell phone and vise versa through the cable....Basically the cable is to use the phone as a modem or to use their software for the phone book....Does anyone know of a third party software to transfer data back and forth through this USB cable. I did look into the Get it Now feature to use the Pix program but they charge for that also as well as use airtime....Thanks to anyone who helps............

sitlet- sorry to disapoint but i am not from the band Alucard...In fact i never heard of them...I checked out the link and unfortunatly my phone is not compatible with their software...This is getting aggrivating....Why cant they make things simple...Oh..I know, if they did then they would miss out on some $$$.....Thanks for the info.....
