Hi all
I have just brought one of these cards due to a lot of people praising it. The tv quality is excellent no problems there. But when i record my tv source and video source the output files are much grainier than the origonal. I would expect the quality to drop slightly but it seems to drop a lot.
I have a DV camcorder but i can only use S-Video and stereo inputs as my firewire refuses to work with an error code 10 : device failed to start... Dunno what thats all about. Anyway, the camcorder capture seems to be worst than the TV input capture.
What i am getting is, a noticable light/brighter cast on my recorded video's from all sources (despite playing around loads with colour controls). Poorer, noticable image quality loss at 100% in windows media player. If i put my video's at 50% they look normal, i.e. sharp and better coloured reflecting pretty much exactly what i saw from the source.
Do other people experience this with their winfast?
Using latest drivers and software...
Thanks in advance
