Hi all,
in re-author mode i can't get rid of the subs of the extra titles. I un-check them, but they stay. The subs of the main movie can be removed without any problem. Is this a known bug?
Thanks

So, use your remote and turn them off? If you uncheck the #1 Audio track you won't get any sound either, by default.

Not neccasarily. I uncheck subs all the time and they aren't there for me. Did you uncheck ALL the subs? You have to uncheck every single file in the Extra folder.
In Re-Author mode you lose a lot of cohesion, and Extras become just video streams. You lose the entire menu structure, so it plays the first SUB and first Audio stream with the video. To Be, Or, Not To Be, That, Is The Gazorgan Plan -
I like re-author mode. Usually i don't care about the menus but if there are extras worth keeping, i just put them after the main movie. So i get the best quality posibble (for a transcoder that is) and keep the extras i like.
Yesterday a made a backup copy with 2 titles: the main movie and a half hour "behind the scenes" video. I un-checked all subs for the 2nd title, but afterwards i discovered that the subs were still there. And i don't mean the subs language 2 letters references you get in full backup mode of dvd shrink when you remove subs, but the sub files themselves.
So, am i missing something here or it's really a bug?
Thanks
