burning DvD audio question

hey guys,
I've been hearing about a whole lot of new things such as dvds which can play in dvd players as video and in cd players as audio, is there anyway I can burn this type of disc? on a dvd+r?

A DVD player can play a CD, a CD player cannot play a DVD.

I knew this what i meant was if i could burn a disc like the 50 cent hybrid album or like the michael jackson number ones dvd!
