Iam trying to convert a 3 hour dvd to vcd. iam using cce as my encoder but iam getting a error saying that (The difference between Max. Bitrate and Max Avg bitrate is less than 120. CCE might fail if you continue.
Do you want to continue with currrent Values?
what can be done in this case.
and what does it really mean.

This is what it says under Bitrate tab. ( this is the last line)
Max. 1150 Min. 1150 Min Avg. 1150 Max Avg. 1150

If you are using DVD2SVCD this error is a known 'bug' with CCE. You can go ahead with your encode, but at least with SVCD generation, it may fail. Go to the Doom 9 site for more info.
