  1. I am using a Liteon LDW-401s and Bulkpaq 4x DVD+R. my problem is, when i goto burn the disk, either at the start of the process or the end, the burn process fails: Power calibration error, were it fails..but also if its not that error its this one...

    Ive used this media before and it worked fine? not one coaster, but now its 2in3 are failing...I upgraded the firmware to es0g, but still the same. so i have a DVD+RW and i tried it on that, it worked fine...So is this the media? if so why did it work ok the first time i got it (but from a different supplier) THX...sasarchiver

  2. I ran into this with my liteon 401s. It was with the same version of the firmare and nero 6.019 when I upgraded nero the problem went away. Also the disk was not burned when I had the power calibration error so I could burn sucessfully when I set the speed at 2.4 before the upgrade. This was with Fuji media that was working at 4x before the firmware upgrade and at 2.4x after the upgrade. When I upgraded nero I could burn at 4x again. This problem happened with any program that uses nero asapi before the upgrade. In my case the problem was only at the start.

  3. so upgrading ur nero fixed this problem for you then? i dont understand, one day its fine, next thing, it spits out the disks. nothing has changed, that im aware of? Damn strange thing...Sasarchiver (more help/tips appreciated)
