    Hi I'm not-registered user of this software. Before do it i must resolve a big (for me)
    preblem. I capture a Quicktime video with my Canopus Advc-1000 firewire converter.
    When i try to make adivx form this file ffmpeg say me : "error! imput file codec not supported!"
    What's wrong???
    Help me please!

    Pierluigi,

    add .dv extension to your file before opening it with ffmpegx.

    Should work.
