Movie trailer creation

Ive seen some films and before the main movie starts theres like a introduction to the movie beforehand

Now being a Newbie to this, How can i create my own introduction to films

you need some video editing software and a plan.

I go through the movie and find bits that I want to use, cut them out, import them into my video editing software, arrange them, put in some background music, titles, etc. and then export it as an mpeg-2 file.

then I place that as a "first play" item in DVD Lab.
