    Hi converting a Divx toVCd with this prog, ran GSPOt on the file 24.000FPS, size 720x416 when converting i know that PAL is 25FPS what should i set the encode to, FILM PAl or NTSC, want to play it one DVD player as a VCD, im UK based shpuld i set it to film or PAL
