    it is a vcd guide but you can set tmpgenc to whatever type of mpeg output you desire.

    DVDDecryptor, stream processing, Demux. you will get the M2V and AC3 file. you can then mux (but not in TMPGEnc) them back to mpeg. You do know there are more than 1 type of muxed MPEG's?
