Want to get A3 DVD sound from Stereo wav

Hi,

I know a lot of users here use particular progs to get A3 from a wav for DVD audio however I would like to know if I can get any suggestions for the progs I use..

I capture and edit using MS7
Make audio remix, EQ etc with Cool Edit
Burn DVDs with DVD Workshop

I would try BeSweet and it's GUI. It's AC3 isn't 100% compliant, but works on all but a few players. It's in the 'Tools' section.
